MVP Private Tutor Expense Form
We are surveying to find out approximately how much was spent on private and family tutoring to shore up math teaching not provided (due to MVP restrictions on teacher) in math classes in Wake County, NC. Please complete the attached survey. This will be input to the attorney consultation, so please be sure to complete this if it applies to your family even if you did not contribute to the gofundme. Submit one form per child who had private or family tutoring. Just to be clear - we are not faulting the teachers. We are faulting the system which has handcuffed the teachers with MVP mandates.
