Facility Rental Request Form (2141B Porter Street)
Thank you for your interest in renting our facility! Rentals are managed by the staff of the Attic After School. 
All rental income goes to serve our mission of helping urban teens to write a better story. 

This form is not for rental use of the main church building (Christ Church Anglican), but the only gym facility at 2141B Porter St. Wyoming, MI 49519. 

RENTAL RATES
$400 - Gym Usage for up 3 hours (including set up and tear down time)
$100 - Additional Hour(s) of Gym Usage
$150 - Kitchen Usage (flat rate for entire event)
$300 - Upstairs Loft Area (flat rate for entire event)

SUMMER Renteable Timeframes
Monday through Saturday: 6am-9pm
Sundays: 12pm-9pm

FALL/WINTER/SPRING Renteable Timeframes
Monday through Thursday: 6am-1pm
Friday and Saturday: 6am-9pm
Sunday: 12pm-9pm

Please allow us 2-3 business days for us to process your request and to contact you about your rental status. The full rental rules, agreements, and details would be covered as a Facility Rental Agreement would be formed.
