CCGRID 2026 Travel Award Application
This google form should be used to apply for the travel award to attend CCGRID2026 to be held on 18–21 May 2026 in Sydney, Australia

Application deadline is April 24, 2026 (AoE).
Award notifications will be sent by April 30, 2026.

This award will provide up to 1,500 AUD per student to support travel to the CCGrid 2026 conference. This award can be used to help reduce the cost of airfare, travel to/from the conference venue, accommodations, and conference registration. The award will be processed as a reimbursement at the end of the conference, so please save all receipts associated with conference attendance.

Award Expectations: Students receiving the award are expected to actively participate in the conference. As per the rules, the awardee must attend all sessions of the conference throughout its entire duration of 4 days.

Award Restrictions: This travel award is available to current students enrolled at institutions of higher education

Airfare Restrictions: Airfare must be purchased in the lowest available fare class offered by the airline. Travelers who fly premium economy/business/first class must document the lowest available coach fare and may allocate the difference using personal funds.

Incomplete applications will not be considered for the award.

In your statement, you must describe:

1)  Your motivation for attending the CCGrid 2026 conference and how it will benefit you;

2) How your participation at CCGrid adds value to the conference and benefits the attendees in general (short summary of your work if presenting at the conference); and

3) The type and level of travel support requested, including the monetary amount (e.g. award justification).
