Use this form to apply for credit recovery during the regular school year.  Academic Year Credit Recovery has traditionally been restricted to graduating seniors, but Sophomores and Juniors may apply and may be granted admission depending upon available spaces in the program.  

Students should consult with their counselor to determine which course(s) are eligible.
