All LSC members and participants must adhere to the LSC Code of Conduct.

LSC is committed to maintaining an inclusive environment, where everyone feels welcome and safe regardless of their age, race or ethnicity, national origin, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, marital status or other characteristics that make our participants and patrons unique.

We will not allow any kind of discriminatory behavior, harassment, or victimization.  Members should conform with our Code of Conduct in all aspects of their participation including, but not limited to: meetings, events, rehearsals, performance, back stage, and front of house.

Anyone believing someone has been discriminated against in violation of this Code of Conduct should bring it to the attention of the LSC Board of Directors.  The LSC Board of Directors will conduct an investigation into the complaint and will determine the outcome of such investigation in their sole and absolute discretion, including, but not limited to, finding the allegations unwarranted and doing nothing, censure, temporary suspension and the length thereof, or permanent suspension.

We expect all our members and participants to conduct themselves in ways that support this commitment, and to treat everyone with respect.
