DAC Feedback Form

A primary responsibility of the Desegregation Advisory Committee is to collect feedback from the students, caregivers of students, and teachers in Huntsville City Schools as to how the changes mandated by the Consent Order are affecting them so that we can communicate any questions, problems or inequities to HCS. We appreciate your feedback and will collect these comments and concerns to share as part of our report to the Superintendent at the end of this school year. Confidentiality will be maintained if desired.
