Dear Parent/Guardian,
We are starting to plan for the 2021-22 school year.  Although we feel confident in our ability to appropriately place your child successfully, we do welcome parent input. Please note that parent input is considered for student placement along with other criteria including: academic needs, social/emotional needs, gender balance, special programming, class size/space, and staff recommendations. This form is not required, but if you choose to complete it, please submit this form by March 26th to be considered in our placement process.  Thank you!
