Thank​ ​you​ ​for​ your​ ​interest​ ​in​ ​becoming​ ​a​ ​vendor/supplier​ for​ ​us. ​If​ ​you​ ​wish ​​to​ ​apply​ ​for​ ​this status, ​ ​please​ ​fill​ ​out​ ​the​ ​Vendor​ ​Registration​ ​Form.

We are very excited to bring back our signature annual event of “Mega Fall Festival”!

This year, Maskan presents the 7th Mega Fall Fair Festival- 2025!

The theme of this year’s festival is “Mega Street Food Bazaar & Trade Show,” which recognizes the incredibly diverse ways in which our community members can connect and learn from each other. Over the years, the event has gained popularity in the community and is attended by over 1000 Calgarians!

All stall booking fees, entry fees, and sponsorship money are going towards Maskan-Transitional Shelter Home for Women & Children in Need!
10% of all proceeds from this festival will go towards supporting families in Gaza. Together, we can celebrate and make a difference. 

 Below​ ​are ​ ​the​ ​details​ ​concerning ​​this​ ​year’s​ ​vendor​ ​information:
● Regular​ ​stall​ ​price​ is $100 (non-refundable),​ ​which includes a​ table, tablecloth cloth​ ​and ​two ​chairs.
● Prime location stall price is $150 (non-refundable) , which includes corners or the front locations. which includes a​ table, tablecloth cloth​ ​and ​two ​chairs​      
● ​Location of the event is Genesis​ ​Centre ​: ​7555​ ​Falcon Ridge ​Blvd​​ NE​        
● ​All​ vendors​ ​can ​bring​ ​one​ ​helper. (max 2 people in total)       
● Entrance fee will be waived for the vendor and their helper
● We have limited booths. Booths are provided on a first-come come first first-served basis.
● To book your stall, E-transfer​ ​($100 for regular/ $150 for prime location) ​at donation@maskanfamily.com.
Don't forget to complete the online vendor registration form.
● Please be at the event at least an hour before to set up your table.
