Vendor Application
The dates for the 2023 Fair Days are July 6 – July 8, 2023. The gates will be open to
the public at the following times:
  • Thursday, July 6: 4pm – 9pm
  • Friday, July 7: 11am – 9pm
  • Saturday, July 8: 11am – 9pm
  • Vendors are required to be set up at the following times:
  • Thursday, July 6: 5pm – 9pm
  • Friday, July 7: 6pm – 9pm
  • Saturday, July 8: 1pm – 9pm
The following rules and regulations will apply to all vendors.
  • All electrical cords are subject to approval by our electrician.
  • Any cancellations must be made in writing to the Weyburn Agricultural Society.
  • We reserve the right to refuse any booth we feel inappropriate.
  • All food vendors require a public health inspection prior to the event .
  • Proof of insurance is required for all vendors

Booth Requirements
Exhibitor is responsible for his own insurance for fire, theft, vandalism, etc. and must furnish proof that public liability insurance is in force. Proof of same is required with application.
