Enrollment is a two-step process.
Step 1 - Form: Please complete this form (one per student enrolling) to register for class. Please follow instructions at the end and click SUBMIT to ensure that your form is complete. You will be sent an email almost immediately confirming that you have completed the form.
Step 2 - Payment: CTC does not collect payment with this form. You will be sent an email invoice in July/August with a link to complete payment.
