Registration Form: Intergenerational Paper Arts Workshop
Who: Open to Cabot residents, including children in grades 2-12 and adults of all ages. Children in elementary school should participate with an adult.

WhatLearn how to do various paper arts and craft projects in this series of classes, with each weekly session focusing on a different technique. Possibilities include origami, 3D cardboard sculpture, pop up cards, silhouette art, hand sewing on paper, paper mache masks, wet-on-wet painting to create lanterns, and more. 

Instructor Sarah Spletzer has studied fine arts and worked as a teaching artist and museum guide for school groups in the Netherlands and Germany, in addition to facilitating several arts-focused clubs for Cabot's afterschool program.

WhenTuesdays from 6-7:30 p.m., beginning Jan. 9 and continuing through Feb. 20.

Where: Cabot School art room (in the building across from the cafeteria/gym).

Why: To bring together community members of all ages in a school space for arts enrichment.

How: This free program is funded through pandemic-relief grant money.
