Express Yourself! Do you want to learn some artistic skills to cope with stress more effectively? Come attend a fun class to learn artistic expression learn positive mental health coping strategies, combat stress and deal with life’s challenges.

For youth ages 13-19
Light snack included


You are welcome to bring your own pencils, paper or other art items. No experience necessary.
