Objectives:-Participants will gain knowledge of basic financial capability concepts such as setting financial goals, budgeting, understanding credit, and recognizing predatory lending.-Participants will leave with strategies for working with survivors to encourage financial stability, and tools and activities designed to enhance group and individual financial coaching sessions.-Participants will understand the KCADV menu of services offered to survivors to assist with building economic self-sufficiency.
