The University of Toronto’s Undergraduate Research Students Association (UofT URSA) is a student group composed of research-motivated and interested students, who aims to provide opportunities for community-building, networking, and academic pursuits. All of this is done with the goal that students will get a chance to be further exposed to the numerous research opportunities and pathways available to them at UofT.
Event Description
Speed Networking with Graduate Researchers aims to introduce students who are interested in research to grad students actively conducting research on-campus. We hope to facilitate networking opportunities and increase dialogue about accessing such opportunities. This event idea stems from the observation that there are barriers to accessing the vast research network UofT has to offer, and we propose this event as a way to help alleviate and lower the barrier.
