Membership Categories and Dues
Regular Agent Membership- $10 per worker flat fee* for all agents and attorneys who bring in H-2B workers.
Employer Membership (if employer's agent/attorney is an SEA member) - $10 per worker flat fee* for employers who bring in H-2B workers.
Employer Membership (if employer's agent/attorney is not an SEA member) - $25 per worker flat fee* for employers who bring in H-2B workers.
Trade associations- $5,000 for All trade associations whose members are committed to the long-term viability of the H-2B program
Facilitators- $10,000 For: All companies that provide the service of coordinating worker recruitment for H-2B agents, attorneys, and/or employers
Equipment manufacturer- $5,000
Supplier Membership- $1,000
Contributor: We are most appreciative of contributions from anyone who does not qualify for the categories listed above and is committed to the future viability of the H-2B program
*Membership Dues based on per worker flat rate:
Dues will be assessed the per worker fee based on the number of labor certifications for the agent/attorney/employer according to the Department of Labor database. Member will be invoiced for dues upon approval of the application by the SEA Board.

Membership is valid from today's date to June 30, 2020.
20% of the payments made are nondeductible because SEA will be lobbying Congress to protect the H-2B visa program.
All payments are final. No refunds will be given except in the case of expulsion from SEA for a violation of the Code of Ethics. In this case, a pro-rated refund will be given for the remaining months of one’s membership.
