Request for Typecase training
Use this form to tell us about anyone who you think needs to use our Typecase. Once a training request is approved, they will be asked to select a date.
Each area has a lead publisher who should be making this training request on behalf of any user - contact
if you require training but do not know who your lead publisher is.
All new users are added as 'Contributors', a request to upgrade their access to 'Editor' (allowing them to publish) can be made once they have been using the system for a while and you are happy about their levels of confidence.

Who is their head of service
Who is their lead publisher
If you are based in a Faculty or Department, this will be your Faculty Web team who should authorise your request for training.
