541 Eatery & Exchange TLC Guidelines Contract
Every team or community has a set of standards or guidelines that aides in growth, teamwork, and assists each member in reaching their fullest potential. All members are expected to follow these guidelines, and unwillingness to do so may result in dismissal from the program.

Please read these guidelines carefully as this will be the expectation of all in the Teen Leadership Camp program

• We expect you to dress appropriately for work in a professional restaurant, to maximize your safety as well as adhere to policy outlined by the public health inspector. That means no open-toed shoes, no sleeveless shirts, no loose hair, and no shorts above knee-length.

• We expect you to act safely at all times. You have the right to refuse work that makes you feel unsafe. Always alert a staff member of any injuries or emergency situations.

• We expect you to use respectful and uplifting words with everyone - that means staff, fellow volunteers, and customers.

• We encourage you to have a positive attitude during program and while serving in the kitchen and a willingness to try everything, even new and hard things!

By submitting this application, you are stating that you have read and understand the expectations above and agree to abide by them to the best of your ability.
