The local Healthwatch service was merged in April 2017 and is provided by Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough, a community interest company (CIC).
Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CIC are developing a strategic work plan for the next five years and need your help. They want to know what you think they are doing well and where they need to improve. They also want to know what you think they should focus on in the future.
They want to hear from everyone who is interested in the work they do. This includes, patients, carers, local voluntary and community organisations, patient groups, as well as NHS and social care commissioners and providers.
Magnify and Grow have been commissioned to find out what a wide range of stakeholders think about Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CIC. Magnify and Grow will be gathering people’s feedback in the following ways:• On-line survey• Telephone interviews with key stakeholders
The findings of the survey and telephone interviews will inform the new Healthwatch Cambridgeshire and Peterborough CIC’s 5 year plan. This will set out the strategic direction of the organisation from 2020-2025.
