This form is to use to help us update our volunteer register, so that we can report up to date volunteer numbers to our insurers and funders. Please fill out the form to the best of your knowledge.
A volunteer is someone who does some of our workload without payment other than expenses. They could do this just once a year to qualify as a volunteer. This will include any "emergency volunteers" we call on when we have mass absence.
It is possible that some volunteers will have multiple entries due to cross departmental volunteering.
