We are hosting a panel with:

Lara Berntzen, half Norwegian, half Brazilian, and 100% willing to tell us how she got a job at NAV while studying in the UK. She will tell us all her secrets and share NAV’s golden tips.

Gry Myklebustm, who works for Abelia, a trade and employers’ association associated with Norway’s largest employers. She will talk about trends in the Labour market and give the employers perspective on recruitment and potential barriers.

Christian Hofsøy, founder of Rekora, which makes sure you are measured against the actual role that needs to be filled. He says he wants to fix recruitment for both candidates and hiring companies.
