All reports and complainants have a right to expect appropriate confidentiality, including the identity of the complainant is treated confidentially wherever possible or necessary.
HCSA Staff are advised about confidentiality requirements when handling or involved in complaints.
Information on individual complaints are not shared with others unless it is required as part of the complaint investigation process.
