The data we collect through this form will inform planning decisions made during the development of Digitizing the Stage 2019. We will use the data you supply in reviewing proposals, planning the conference, and producing conference-related materials, e.g. name badges. We may use collated and anonymized data in blog posts, presentations, and conference planning. We will delete identifying data at the end of the conference. If you would like your data to be removed from our records, please let us know in writing: digitalconf@folger.edu.
