The purpose of this test is to enable this Agency to determine your competency to perform Care Aide duties.  It is NOT a Care Aide certification tool.  It will be used by the Agency as one of the factors to assess your suitability for employment or continued employment with this Agency as a Care Aide. To pass this test, you will need to score at least 80% or correctly answer 40 of the 50 questions.  Good Luck!
