TN DDA and SHIFT are proud to offer scholarships for people who are working in—and those seeking to work in—employment services. Scholarships cover the full cost of SHIFT’s Employment First education and the opportunity to earn an Employment First Certification.

What We Look For:  

We're looking for thorough, well-considered responses to every question.  Aim for clear, specific, and complete answers (typically 3–6 thoughtful sentences per prompt).  Incomplete applications will not be considered.   

Selection and Notification:

Applications are accepted and reviewed on a rolling basis. Please apply as early as possible—scholarships are limited.  You will be notified by email whether you’ve been selected for a scholarship and provided next steps for enrollment.
