Please use this form to indicate your intent to submit:
- A funded proposal/sponsored activity (in response to a funder's posted solicitation or a direct request from a funder to provide a proposal)
- A non-funded agreement (MOU, MTA, Data Use Agreement, other types of Agreements)
- A post award budget revision
To ensure AgPAS has adequate time to support your request, we ask that you complete this form at least six weeks prior to the submission deadline or as soon as possible upon learning of the opportunity or deciding to apply.
InTERP Annual Disclosure Reminder: To comply with university policy related to conflicts of interest, conflicts of commitment and consulting please ensure your annual InTerp disclosure has been completed, including those for all UMD Co-I’s, Post-docs and GRAs who are specifically named in the proposal and/or working on a sponsored project.
