This form/video audition submission is due at MIDNIGHT ON SUNDAY 11/28/21 with in-person callbacks after Thanksgiving break! (Exact date and time TBD)

After filling out the questions below please submit the link to a private, but viewable, YouTube video of you performing SCALES (tracks linked below) and your SOLO (a verse and chorus of a song of your choice)!
