One Fire Magical Mondays Camp Program Registration
Welcome to One Fire Forest School at Ecovillage Ithaca!   Please complete one registration form for each participant.  Once your registration form is received, we will contact you directly to confirm that space is available, share additional information, and finalize payment arrangements. Thank you for your interest in the positive youth development programs at One Fire Forest School! 
Magical Mondays camp for 6-10 year olds meets nine Mondays, from July 3 through August 28, 2023, from 9am-3pm.  
Cost for all nine program weeks is $525.  Registration for four to eight weeks of program is $75 per program day.  Registration for one to three weeks of program is $85 per program day.   Family rates and sliding scale may be available -- please contact Wren at 314-322-3480 with questions and requests.
Full payment is due at the time of registration.  
Cancellation policy:  Your payment will be fully refunded if any program days are cancelled by One Fire. Registration fees are fully refundable until June 3, 50% refundable between June 3 and June 19, and non-refundable after midnight on June 19, 2023.

* A $50 deposit is requested at the time of registration to hold your spot in this program.  Please make arrangements to pay the deposit at the time you submit this form.  
Your deposit will be fully refunded if the program is cancelled by One Fire.  If you decide to cancel your registration, your deposit is 50% refundable up to 7 days prior to the start of the program, and non-refundable within 7 days of the start of the program.  
A signed and dated Release Form is required prior to participation in all One Fire Nature School programs.
