Citizen of the Year:
This award is presented to an
individual who demonstrates exceptional civic responsibility, leadership, and
community service. The recipient consistently contributes their time, talents,
and resources to improve the quality of life in Brentwood, serves as a role
model for others, and exemplifies the values of integrity, generosity, and
dedication. Contributions must reflect the nominee’s personal involvement,
rather than professional or political activity. The winner will be recognized
at the “Night of Influence” Gala and at additional community events throughout
the year.
Criteria for
selection include:
1) The nominee does not need to be a member of
the Brentwood Chamber of Commerce.
2) The nominee must have been actively serving
the community for at least three years.
3) Business or political success will not be the
primary consideration.
4) The nominee must be a resident of the greater
Brentwood area.
5) Nominations should include at least three
specific achievements that have resulted in recognizable benefits to the
community.
