Event Start/End 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Load-In 10:00 am to 11:30 am
Load-Out 5:00 pm to 6:30 pm

NOTES
This event takes place immediately following the Queen City Pride Parade. As such, all Vendors and Food Trucks must be set up and in position prior to the first float arriving (at approximately 12:00 pm).
Registration Information
◼️ Vendor Registration Fee
Non-profit: $50 / booth space
For-profit: $100 / booth space
Add access to Power: $25 / Vendor


◼️ Food Truck Registration Fee
All Food Trucks: $200 / vehicle
Add access to Power: $25 / Vehicle


◼️ Included with Vendor Registration
- 10 x 10ft booth space
- 1 table (6 x 3ft)
- 2 chairs
- If you require more than the tables/chairs provided, you are responsible for the renting/transportation of extra gear.
- Table coverings and other decorations are not provided.
- Tents are NOT provided. Vendors are responsible for supplying their own tent/canopy. These MUST be secured using weights and/or ties.
- Access to power is not included in basic registration but can be added at an additional cost.
