2025 Honor Tree Order Form
Please complete the following information, double checking all spelling and capitalization, in order for us to print the Ornament as it is intended. All Ornaments will be placed on NEIL's Honor Tree located inside the Fort Wayne Pride Center. All orders will receive an order confirmation once the Ornament has been Printed. Please allow 2-3 weeks for processing. Each Ornament is $20 - if you would like an additional ornament for your personal usage, please submit a second form.
Funds raised from the Ornaments for the Honor Tree will go directly towards Northeast Indiana Leather's Mission: The purpose of Northeast Indiana Leather is to provide a positive environment to promote and provide education and communication in the Northeast Indiana leather community.
