Collaborations Workshop 2021 Call for proposals: Social Programme Activities
The Software Sustainability Institute’s Collaborations Workshop series brings together researchers, developers, innovators, managers, funders, publishers, policy makers, leaders and educators to explore best practices and the future of research software.

Collaborations Workshop 2021 (CW21) will take place from Tuesday, 30 March to Thursday, 1 April 2021 online. The themes for CW21 are FAIR Research Software, Diversity and Inclusion, and Software Sustainability. For more information, please visit the event website here: https://bit.ly/ssi-cw21

We are calling for submissions for participant-led social activities to take place during our social programme! Do you have an idea for a networking or social activity? Want to lead a board games night? Yoga or meditation session? Birds of a feather session? Or another idea?

We have the following social programme slots available in our agenda:
Social Activity #0: Monday, 29 March 2021 from 17:00 - 18:00 BST (18:00 - 19:00 UTC)
Social Activity #1: Tuesday, 30 March 2021 from 09:30 - 10:00 BST (10:30 - 11:00 UTC)
Social Activity #2: Tuesday, 30 March 2021 from 17:00 - 18:00 BST (18:00 - 19:00 UTC)
Social Activity #3: Wednesday, 31 March 2021 from 09:30 - 10:00 BST (10:30 - 11:00 UTC)

The deadline for proposals is 23:59 GMT on Sunday, 31 January 2021.

We will notify applicants of the outcomes by 12 February 2021.
