Thank you for your interest in Osborne County Leadership (OCL). The OCL program is a leadership course founded on the principles and competencies developed by the Kansas Leadership Center (KLC) and the Kansas Agriculture and Rural Leadership (KARL) program. The program is facilitated in each of the five communities in Osborne County and each session focuses on leadership education and touring the communities of the county.

Please complete the following application if you are interested in being a participant for the 2022-23 course year. Only 12 applicants from Osborne County and the surrounding area are selected for the program.

Applications are due August 1, 2022.
