Reporting a phone call to a Member of Congress about ending the "Muslim registry" (NSEERS) program
This is a form to record feedback from ONE Congressperson's office about your request that he or she call the White House and ask Obama to rescind the NSEERS (National Security Entry-Exit Registry System) while there is still time. If you call both Senators and your Representative, please use the form 3 times.
NSEERS was set up in 2003 to compel immigrants from majority Muslim countries to be specially registered by the federal government. The list of countries was reduced to zero in 2011, but could be rebuilt with a few keystrokes in 2017. That would single out and stigmatize such immigrants and their communities in the United States.
