Sweet Land Farm Summer Share Options
Sign me up! For 23 weeks (mid-June through mid-November) of abundant locally grown, organic produce!

All pick-ups will take place on the farm on either Tuesdays 1pm-7pm or Fridays 1pm-7pm.
Shares are flexible and can be tailored to your needs with both rationed and un-rationed produce selections as well as you-pick.

There are 2 share sizes to choose from:
One Adult Household Share- $275*
Two Adult Household Share- $325*
* These prices are for HFFA members and are 50% of the market price
