The City of Maple Lake is issuing the property owner an access card to the City of Maple Lake’s compost-brush site located at 6005 Ferman Ave NW. This site is available for Maple Lake City residents, and no contractors will be allowed use of the site.

By signing below, you acknowledge the following:
•I live at the property as stated below.
•I understand the card must be returned if I move from the property address below.
•I understand that if the access card is shared, the access card will be deactivated and use of compost site will be restricted.

Violation of any of the following will result in the loss of access to the compost-brush site:
•As a Maple Lake City resident, I will not give out the access card for non-residents to gain access to the compost-brush site.
•I understand that the compost-brush site is under 24 hour recorded surveillance. Any illegal disposing of items not listed at the site entrance will be reported to the Wright County Sheriff’s Department to issue a citation and the loss of access to the compost site.
•I understand that I cannot dispose of pallets, tree stumps, landscape timbers, lumber or construction debris of any kind, or household garbage at the site.
•I understand that grass clippings and leaves must be removed from bags and the bags disposed of properly off-site.
