Please complete this form if you are interested in requesting a reservation for one of our spay/neuter clinics. After completing this form you will be contacted by Operation Catnip Stillwater approving your requested clinic date. Please do not show up to the scheduled clinic unless Operation Catnip Stillwater has contacted you and approved your request! Drop off will be from 7:30am-9:30am the morning of the clinic. Your pick up time will be given to you after you check-in at the clinic. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. Thank you!
