Complete this form to request a sign up for the Clovis East 2024-2025 Agriculture Fairs. Dates for Fall Are Wednesday, September 18th 2024 and Thursday, September 19th 2024. Spring Dates are Wednesday, Marth 19th 2025 and Thursday, March 20th 2025. *NEW THIS YEAR* Wednesday's are reserved for 1st grade classes and Thursday's are reserved for Kindergarten classes. Confirmation of sign ups will be sent out by email. Completing this form does not GAURENTEE a sign up, as we will fill slots on a first come first serve basis. We will use the timestamp on this form to determine who signed up first. Please do not sign up for multiple dates, just sign up for your first choice, if your first choice is full we will contact you about another possible option. If your group is larger than 120 students please indicate that and we will schedule you for TWO slots. Also due to the number of People not showing up to their scheduled dates Head Counts and FULL PAYMENT will be DUE no later than 2 weeks before the Ag Fair Date. If you no-show you will forfeit your payment.
