Yarrow Farm Market Vendor Applications
The 2023 season is running from May 26, 2023 - September 1, 2023, excluding June 2nd.
This season has 14 total markets running every Friday from 5pm to Dusk *including long weekends!!
 
PLEASE REVIEW ALL RULES & NEW CHANGES MADE FOR THE 2023 MARKET SEASON!!

1. NO TENTS, TABLES, OR CHAIRS ARE PROVIDED. Please bring your own to set up.
2. Products are encouraged to be grown, baked, or made by vendors and/or employees. However, third party sales (that includes direct business for example Avon, Tupperware, Scentsy…) are welcome to apply for application review.
3. All vendors selling food products and baked goods must follow and abide by government health and safety regulations including COVID19 rules implemented by the government of Canada, the province of BC, and Fraser Health. Meat, seafood, and any other products (required by health regulations) will have access to power if needed. Please have your certificates on hand at EVERY market incase asked for them. A PRINTED COPY MUST BE HANDED IN TO A MARKET MANAGER AT YOUR FIRST MARKET OF THE SEASON.
4. No late comers or early tear downs. Vendors must leave booth intact for duration of market.
5. Yarrow Farm Market has the right to reject any vendor if deemed unprofessional in any way!
6. Treat fellow vendors with respect.
7. No smoking permitted in Yarrow Pioneer Park (see City of Chilliwack by-laws).
8. No parking in residents driveways or blocking any through way. VENDOR PARKING is provided across the street via Yarrow Canadian Reformed Church. All vendors are asked & EXPECTED to please move their vehicles to designated vendor parking after set up at EVERY market. We kindly ask you to do so to allow for customer parking.
9. Drop In Vendors are expected to pay upfront for their chosen dates. This will secure your spot as spaces are limited. Priority and exclusivity will be given to those who apply and pay first.
10. All markets are RAIN OR SHINE!! No exceptions.
11. You are responsible for your own insurance, our insurance does not cover individual vendors.

NO SHOWS will not be accepted back for the remainder of the season. Please be respectful to our waitlisted vendors and give some notice!

**DROP IN VENDORS: Please select your dates below and you will receive a confirmation email with your approved dates.
IMPORTANT INFO: Some categories are full with waiting lists. We need to KNOW you will be attending. It is not fair to the waiting list to lose out on an opportunity being at market. We will move down the list if need be.

FULL SEASON vendor rate: $420 ($30/market). Full payment is required ASAP to secure your spot for the season once you receive your confirmation e-mail. DROP IN vendor rate: $40/market. Your non refundable payment is required to secure your dates once you receive your confirmation e-mail. *

I will park my car in the designated vendor parking as soon as I finish unloading my stock, to ensure that other vendors are able to unload their stock, and so that customers are able to park their vehicles.
