Greater Tampa Bay Area Council, BSA 2017 Summer Employment Application
Serving as a member of the summer camp staff can be a fantastic learning and growing experience for a young man, and can also be a thrilling summer experience for an adult Scouter. Summer camp staff members have the responsibility for working with the units in camp to provide a high-quality, safe, fun experience for hundreds of campers over the course of the summer.

Staff members must be at least 16 years old prior to employment, be approved by their unit leader and parent (if under 18), and must display talent, patience, Scouting values, and enthusiasm.

If you know of any Scout or Scouter who would make an outstanding staff member, ask them to apply. Get them the link to this application. Applications are accepted until all positions are filled.

This application is for the purpose of gaining summer employment with the Greater Tampa Bay Area Council, BSA at Flaming Arrow Scout Reservation and Sand Hill Scout Reservation for the 2017 camping season. Employment for the 2017 summer will require attendant at a Summer Camp Staff Development Weekend (date TBD) and Staff Week June 11th thru June 17th, 2017 (SHSR/FASR)

If you are 14 or 15 years old during camp, you may only volunteer as a Counselor-In-Training. Do
not file a staff application! Please file a Counselor-In-Training application.
