Are you interested in becoming a research assistant for an incarcerated scholar in our Prisons Scholars Program at the DC Jail?
Inside the DC Jail, we teach 2 credit bearing classes to 27 incarcerated scholars. For each of them, we're currently recruiting research assistants to help with idea formulation and retrieve supplemental research materials using campus resources.
Are you interested in criminal justice related internships/fellowships?
Are you interested in becoming a mentor in our PJI Pals program for children with incarcerated parents?
PJI Pals is a mentoring program for children between the ages of 8 and 18 with incarcerated parent(s).
Are you interested in visiting the DC Jail with us on an upcoming Tuesday afternoon?
To witness the work we're doing inside and meet with incarcerated scholars.
Are you interested in potentially teaching a class with the Prison Scholars Program at the DC Jail?
