Clean eating is all I know
I try to plan but fall through at least twice a week
Planning is for the birds. I eat whatever is around and I don't really think about it
How would you describe your exercise personality?
Always Beast Mode - If I could live at the gym, I would
I like the gym, outdoors, group classes, cross-fit - you name it - I like it but I don't seem to be consistently working out with a plan.
How would you rate your stress level?
Stressed, anxious, and always on edge.
Somewhat stressed and I know how to practice relaxation techniques.
I tap into my subconscious and meditate regularly.
What is your personal development plan?
I read books, listen to audio, and gobble up information that moves me to change!
I like it as much as the next guy but don't really go after the time to make it happen on a consistent basis.
I don't have any time for personal development. What about not harming anyone on a consistent basis?
