What is the CHS PTO?
Group of CHS parents, administration, teachers and staff whose mission is to work together to enhance the educational experience for ALL CHS students.

Parents, teachers, staff & administration that support our mission

What is the time commitment?
Meetings are held monthly. Volunteering is up to you and your schedule. You are encouraged to attend meetings and volunteer but it is NOT a requirement for membership.

What is the cost to join?
$25 annual membership fee

Membership in the PTO is $25. Please consider an additional tax deductible donation to the PTO to help fund our many programs. Once you submit this form, drop your check payable to CHS PTO in the PTO basket at registration or mail it to:

American Education Week (Nov. 12-16) bake/distribute treats 
Winter Warm- Up Lunch (February) soup/salad/breads donate/decorate/set up food
ACT and WorkKeys testing Hospitality (Feb)
Foundations (Spring) review & vote on teacher’s grant applications
Grad Gram sales and assembly (spring)
Post Prom (April or May) publicity/chaperones/ games/entertainment/food/decorations/ticket sales
Teacher Appreciation Week Luncheon (May)
 AP Testing Snacks (May 6-17) bake, hand out water and snack during AP testing 
 Senior Awards Hospitality (May) non-senior parent, help with set-up/clean-up of desserts & drinks
Senior Picnic (June) event volunteer/donate food 
Graduation Room Monitor (June) Non- Senior parents needed prior to graduation cerremony 
Donate Baked Goods (throughout year) as needed
Miscellaneous (throughout year) willing to help out, as needed, with PTO related activities
