Welcome to Nomad Coliving! We are excited that you are considering joining our community of like-minded individuals who are seeking a shared living experience. Our application and interview process is an essential step in ensuring that we create and maintain a harmonious living environment for all residents.

As we are designed for people to live together and share common areas, it is important that potential residents are compatible with each other. Through the application process, we aim to communicate our culture, establish trust, and set expectations for the community and the applicant. We will explain the rules, expectations, and answer any questions you may have.

ALMOST BOOKED OUT in 2023!

- If you wish to join us before  December 2023,  let us know your preferences, and we'll make every effort to find a suitable option for your stay. However, please understand that we receive numerous requests, and our availability is limited. We'll only be able to reach out to you if a spot opens up. 

- From December 2023, double rooms only are available for booking.

*We get a lot of requests and do our best to keep the availability updated but there might be changes between the moment you reserve and the moment you book. 

WHAT’S NEXT

Once you have submitted your application, we will reach out to you with a calendar link to schedule an interview. If you don't receive a response within 48 hours, please check your spam folder.

If we are unable to accommodate your request, we will automatically add you to our waiting list and inform you if something opens up in the requested period.
