Anything else we should know about you? Anything you want to know about us?

Section 3: CO-LIVING
This section is to get a better sense of what you're like to live with, what your housing needs are, and to assess (preliminary) compatibility.
How much experience do you have living with a group of people?
Clear selection
How many of the following co-living trials have you lived though? (check all that apply...)

Would you describe yourself as more organized / structured or spontaneous / chaotic?

Clear selection
How clean / tidy are you?
Clear selection
How do you feel about the idea of bonding with people in your community over operational logistics?
Does the idea of making signs, labeling things, writing documents, attending meetings, and taking initiative to solve problems yourself, or by leading others, seem daunting and terrible, or exciting and fun? Please let us know your thoughts!
Scenario:  You’re going about your day, and a Discord alert pings your phone.  A truck is showing up at the Estate in 10 minutes and they’re looking for people to help unload.  What do you do?
Does this sort of thing seem strange?  Would you have any idea where to start or do you figure that’s gotta be a message intended for someone else?
Do you have any pet peeves you've encountered when living with others?
For example: people leaving the toilet seat up, dirty counters, stinky bedrooms / roommates, dirty dishes, etc.

Are there any housing habits you have that some people might have trouble with?

How introverted vs extroverted are you?

How do you tend to deal with conflict?  What "wisdom" have you gained over time to improve conflict resolution?
e.g. if someone does something you are unhappy with, or if something isn't how you'd like it to be, or if someone approaches you with something they are displeased with, how would you deal with it?  Feel free to give an example from a previous shared housing situation.

We'd love to understand why you want to live with roommates right now.
Do you see living with roommates as a temporary arrangement until you move on to a new phase in your life, or is living with others as a deliberate / permanent lifestyle choice you seek out?

Anything else we should know about your co-living style? Questions or concerns for us?

What sort of community support can we provide? How does this relate to your present situation and struggles?
This is an important part of living in a community. Please think about what sort of support you need to thrive here. Examples: are you a recovering alcoholic who would like to live somewhere where the consumption of alcohol is not being encouraged on a regular basis? Do you struggle with sticking to a healthy diet and would like to live somewhere where junk food isn't freely available 24/7? Are you a vegan for ethical reasons and would like to live somewhere where you don't smell people cooking meat? Are you a transitioning transgender person who needs an environment supportive of your needs? Are you going through a divorce? Are you recovering from the loss of a loved one? Are you dealing with a medical diagnosis, disability, in recovery from cancer or chemotherapy, etc? There are no right or wrong answers.
