Players will be seeded based on current TTE rating points when the draw takes place.

Players must have been born in 2013 or later.

There will be separate events for boys and for girls. However, if there are insufficient entries in either gender category the referee reserves the right to merge those categories into a mixed event.

All players will progress to a banded knockout tournament based on their position in the group: band 1, 2 or 3. All players will compete in one of three separate tournaments after the group stages. No entrants are eliminated before the start of these knockouts.

The knockouts are expected to start at around 1.30pm and the tournament is expected to finish by 5pm.
