If you have interest in a hosted media visit, please complete the following and include information about your availability, outlet, audience, what sort of deliverables you’re offering based on trade, etc. We’re eager to learn about your key markets (cities, regions, not just the countries) and target audience (age, HHI, any sociographics). 

We tend to work with media on a trade basis. Typically, Amelia Island CVB can host only a few media visits each month, and sometimes limit media visits further during peak season, so we’re usually planning at least 2 months out. We cannot accommodate all requests, but will vet each opportunity submitted. Visits will be determined on a case-by-case basis and we will confirm via email if we are able to host you. Hosted media are expected to cover gratuity for meals, tour guides and housekeepers, whether comped or paid.
