Complete this form to request a letter of Enrollment

* Parent can not request a letter for an ADULT STUDENT.
*You will need your Student Number which can be found on your timetable or on MyWay.
* Please allow 24 hours for the office to prepare your letter.
* The completed letter will be placed in a pickup bin located outside the main office.
* Pick up for in school students is at the end of dismissal time only (12:40 pm).
* If you are not a current student or this is not your day to be at school,  
   please call the office at 519-743-8265  when you arrive at the front door to be allowed into  
   the building.
