High School Volunteer Program Waitlist
Each volunteer is a key component of The Tech’s mission to inspire the innovator in everyone. We offer 5 different ways for high school students to volunteer.

* On-Call Gallery Interpreter High School Volunteer (this position can convert to a weekend volunteer position upon availability)
* Weekend Gallery Interpreter High School Volunteer
* Weekend Special Assignment High School Volunteer
* Summer Gallery Interpreter High School Volunteer (June-August)
* Holiday Gallery Interpreter High School Volunteer (November - January)

To become a high school volunteer you must be between 15-17 years old. You can add your name to our waitlist 3 months before your 15th birthday. Volunteers are required to attend a 90­-minute orientation session and, for those who volunteer in our galleries, a three­-hour museum exhibits training session.
