CSD has created this anonymous platform to connect the community directly with the Department of Equity & Student Support regarding your equity concerns and ideas. This platform is anonymous to protect anyone who may fear reprisal or doesn't wish to share their personal information.

Please keep in mind that there is VERY little concrete change we can make with a complaint lodged anonymously. The best way for us to be able to investigate and address your concern, is, for you to leave this form and select the option that provides us with your personal details and contact information.
