The Great Newlands Survey 2017
The Newlands Paparangi Progressive Association (NPPA) is conducting its third survey to find out what the local residents want to prioritise in our community.

The responses will be collated to help form the NPPA’s strategy for facilitating community focused improvments for the Newlands, Paparangi and Woodridge area.

The NPPA have helped to support and advocate for the following projects over the past few years including
-Improvements to the Newlands Mall
-Civil Resilience in association with Nga Hau e Wha o Papararangi
-Improved cycle / walking tracks
-Upgrading Newlands signage, including the electronic sign and improved community information,
-Newlands Community Garden and Orchard;
-Progress towards a Community Board to give better access to Council decision-making.

People who make the most noise get the most attention – “the squeaky wheel gets the oil”. The NPPA helps the community by advocating what is needed and wanted in the community, to those who make the decisions.
Please participate in this survey so we can identify the Top Twenty things that Newlands residents want to see happen in the next decade.

NPPA August 2017
